What You'll Do

As our Vibe Exploder, you'll be the connective force between people, process, and product. Reporting directly to Tanky Watts, you'll:

• Champion collaborative working practices that actually stick

• Spot friction points in team dynamics and workflows, then eliminate them

• Foster an environment where engineers feel supported, heard, and energized

• Bridge communication gaps between technical workflows and team interactions

• Drive clarity on projects, ensuring everyone knows what matters and why

• Build genuine human connection into how we work together

This isn't a behind-the-scenes role. You'll be visible, active, and integral to how our Engineering team operates day-to-day.
