The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and their teams, diving into real problems and finding real solutions. Whether it's a scheduling conflict, a technical issue, or confusion about how to use a feature, you'll troubleshoot it. You'll answer questions. You'll help people unlock the full potential of Deputy so they can stop wrestling with software and start focusing on their actual work.
This isn't about closing tickets faster. It's about genuinely helping shift workers and managers build more predictable, manageable workdays. You'll see the direct impact of your work in their reduced stress and clearer schedules.
What You'll Do
- Support our customers via email, chat, and phone, handling everything from account setup to complex troubleshooting
- Get to know the Deputy platform inside and out so you can guide users confidently
- Identify patterns in customer issues and feed that insight back to our product team
- Collaborate with colleagues to solve tricky problems and share knowledge
- Help onboard new customers and ensure they're set up for success
- Own your tickets from start to finish with genuine care
