You'll be the person who shapes how AI-powered development actually works at Property Moles - translating complex product needs into elegant, functional code with Claude as your co-pilot. What you'll be doing

• Driving Claude Code workflows end-to-end: prompt engineering, iteration, validation, and shipping production-ready outputs that your team can rely on

• Collaborating closely with product and engineering to translate real user needs into AI-assisted development solutions

• Building and refining internal standards for how Claude Code is used across the team - you'll help write the playbook, not just follow one

• Debugging, reviewing, and improving AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability

• Staying genuinely curious about emerging AI development tooling and bringing new thinking back to the team

• Partnering with stakeholders to scope requirements and communicate progress clearly - no black boxes here

What you'll bring

• Hands-on experience working with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants, with a strong instinct for when to guide, override, or trust the output

• Solid software development fundamentals - you understand the code you're shipping, not just the prompts that generated it

• A collaborative mindset and clear communication style - you enjoy working with people, not just problems

• Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to shape processes as well as follow them

• Experience in a property, PropTech, or SaaS environment would be a lovely bonus - but it's not a dealbreaker
