Deputy is hiring a Sales Team Lead to establish and grow our sales presence in Torquay. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build a high-performing team, own the full sales motion, and directly impact how Australian businesses revolutionize their hourly workforce management.

What you'll do:

Lead and coach a team of account executives toward ambitious revenue targets while maintaining the quality of relationships that matter. You'll own your segment's pipeline completely, from forecasting and pipeline health through to team performance. This means you're not just hitting numbers, you're building sustainable growth with real business impact.

Work closely with Jacinta Hardwick to drive a collaborative go-to-market strategy that expands Deputy's footprint across your market. You'll play a direct, strategic role in how we reach new customers and empower their teams.

Who you are:

You lead from the front and genuinely care about outcomes, not just vanity metrics. You understand that great sales teams run on trust and shared ownership, not pressure alone. You're experienced in building and developing sales talent, comfortable with forecasting and pipeline management, and energized by mentoring emerging salespeople.

What we offer:

Competitive salary: AUD 110,000 to 145,000 depending on experience
