Deputy is hiring a Sales Team Lead to lead our Account Executives and drive revenue growth across the hourly workforce management space. You'll build a high-performing sales culture grounded in doing things the right way, not just hitting activity metrics. What You'll Own
Pipeline health and quarterly revenue targets are yours. You'll forecast with accuracy, spot problems early, and act decisively when things slip. No surprises, no excuses, just clear ownership of what's happening in your funnel.
Coaching your Account Executives is where real impact happens. You'll run regular 1:1s, review calls, and jump into deals when your team needs support. Your job is making everyone sharper, faster, and more confident.
Cross-team collaboration matters here. You'll work closely with marketing, customer success, and product to make sure everyone's pulling in the same direction and customers win.
About You
You've built or led a sales team before. You know how to coach people, not just manage them. You have strong forecasting discipline and aren't afraid to have hard conversations when the numbers don't work.
You believe sales should be built on integrity. You want to sell to businesses that actually need what Deputy offers (payroll, scheduling, compliance for hourly workers). Tactics matter less than trust and long-term relationships.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and scaling. We're growing fast, and you'll help define what a healthy sales culture looks like here.
