The Role

We're looking for a Sales Director to own our Australian growth. You'll lead a talented sales team, hit ambitious revenue targets, and help us reach the businesses that need us most: retailers, hospitality groups, aged care facilities, and everyone else managing hourly teams.

This is a real leadership opportunity. You'll coach account executives who are hungry to win. You'll run pipeline reviews that drive results. You'll own the forecast and own the responsibility. And you'll do this knowing that every deal you close directly improves how thousands of workers get scheduled and treated.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team, developing your AEs into top performers through structured coaching, deal reviews, and pipeline management

• Own your revenue target and drive accurate forecasting across the full sales cycle

• Build relationships with key accounts and prospects across industries with large hourly workforces: retail, hospitality, healthcare, and beyond

• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure we're winning the right deals the right way

• Represent Deputy in the market and shape how leading Australian businesses see workforce management

Who You Are

• Proven sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS (ideally 5+ years in sales, 2+ in leadership)

• Track record hitting and exceeding revenue targets

• Real skill at developing talent; you genuinely enjoy coaching people to be better

• You thrive in commercial environments but care about the "why" beyond the number

• Strong understanding of enterprise or mid-market sales cycles

• Based in or willing to relocate to Australia
