You'll own our entire sales strategy and build a high-performing team from the ground up. This is your chance to shape how a rapidly growing company goes to market. What You'll Bring

You're a proven sales leader with a track record scaling teams and revenue. You thrive on building cultures that win, and you have the commercial instincts to spot opportunities and capitalize on them. You understand B2B SaaS or similar complex sales cycles. You're comfortable with ambiguity, energized by growth targets, and genuinely motivated by the mission, not just the commission.

You're equally comfortable presenting to the board and coaching a junior sales rep. You lead by example, stay close to the market, and never lose sight of what customers actually need.
