The Opportunity
As Sales Director, you'll own the revenue strategy and vision that brings Deputy's platform to thousands more businesses worldwide. This is a leadership role with real impact: you'll build and coach a high-performing sales team, set market strategy, and drive meaningful growth during a critical period for the company.
You won't be managing activity reports in isolation. You'll be architecting how Deputy wins deals, building relationships that matter, and creating the conditions where your team does their best selling work. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver solutions that genuinely improve hourly workers' lives.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a talented sales team through aggressive growth targets
- Develop and execute sales strategy that positions Deputy competitively in a growing market
- Own revenue accountability while building a culture of coaching and excellence
- Shape deal strategy, sales processes, and team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align go-to-market initiatives and ensure customer success
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise and mid-market prospects
Who You Are
- Proven track record leading sales teams through high-growth phases
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles (ideally in SaaS, HCM, or workplace solutions)
- Strong coaching instinct: you develop people, not just hit numbers
- Strategic thinker who understands market dynamics and competitive positioning
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambition to scale quickly
