Sales Automation Specialist
Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Scotland | Salary: £35,000-50,000 | Full-time
About the Role
Join Brett Iredale's fast-growing Sales team as the Sales Operations Specialist. You'll be the architect behind the scenes, designing and running the systems that let our sales team sell smarter, not harder. This is hands-on work with real impact: every automation you build, every workflow you optimize, every data cleanup you complete directly translates to more pipeline and less time wrestling spreadsheets.
You'll own our entire sales and marketing tech stack, working closely with Engineering to ship solutions that matter. Think less "admin work" and more "strategic leverage"—you're freeing up our team to do what they do best: build relationships and close deals.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement end-to-end sales automation workflows that nurture leads, drive follow-ups, and re-engage prospects across email and multiple channels
- Own our CRM platform: keep data clean, structured, and actually useful (not a graveyard of duplicates)
- Build automated sequences that work while the team sleeps
- Track metrics that matter, deliver insights that drive decisions, and report on what's actually moving the needle
- Collaborate with Engineering to solve problems and ship features that move sales forward
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience designing and managing CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Proven track record building marketing and sales automation workflows that actually work
- Strong data management skills: you understand why clean data matters and how to enforce it
- Analytical mindset: you think in terms of pipelines, conversion rates, and ROI
- Communication skills: you can explain technical concepts to non-technical sales teams and vice versa
- Problem-solver mentality: when something's broken or slow, you find the root cause and fix it
Why Join Us?
You'll work with a team that values efficiency and results. Your work has immediate, visible impact. You'll grow your skills across the full sales tech stack while building systems that scale. Plus, competitive salary based on experience and a role where your contributions are genuinely recognized.
