Regional Sales Manager: Premium Olive Oil (Bonn Territory)
About the Role
Are you energized by building genuine relationships with real businesses? We're looking for a driven sales professional to own the Bonn region and introduce premium olive oil to restaurants, retailers, and food businesses that will love it.
This isn't transactional selling. You'll work directly with a founder who listens first, pitches with conviction, and follows through. Your job is to bring that same authenticity to every conversation with chefs, delicatessen owners, and food retailers across your territory. From prospecting to close, you'll own it all and build a book of business that genuinely matters.
What You'll Do
- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with restaurants, delicatessens, wholesalers, and specialty food retailers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships that create real value for both sides
- Meet targets while staying grounded in quality over volume
- Report on territory activity and pipeline with honesty and clarity
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in food, beverage, or premium goods
- Deep knowledge of the Bonn region (or strong ability to build networks quickly)
- Comfort prospecting cold and turning initial conversations into partnerships
- Sales discipline: you track your pipeline, follow up consistently, and close deals
- Genuine interest in food quality and connecting products with the right customers
- Fluent German and English (you'll be representing us in the field)
- Autonomy: you thrive working independently with founder support, not corporate bureaucracy
