What You'll Do

• Lead technical strategy and architecture decisions for our data platform, ensuring it scales reliably as Deputy grows globally

• Own end-to-end data pipeline design, from ingestion through transformation to delivery, optimizing for speed, reliability, and usability

• Mentor and lead a team of talented engineers, raising technical standards and fostering a culture of excellence

• Partner with product and analytics teams to understand data needs and translate them into robust platform solutions

• Champion best practices around data quality, security, and governance as we handle sensitive workforce information

• Make critical decisions about technology choices, infrastructure investments, and platform evolution
