Key Accounts Manager
Lettings Associate at Property Moles
Remote | Permanent | USD $45,000 - $50,000
This is where property meets people.
At Property Moles, we believe finding the right home should feel like a win - not a headache. As a Lettings Associate, you'll be the human heart of that experience, guiding landlords and tenants through every step of the letting process with care, clarity, and a genuine commitment to getting it right.
What you'll be doing
You're the person who makes the rental process feel less like paperwork and more like progress. Here's what that looks like day to day:
Building real relationships with landlords and prospective tenants, understanding what they need and matching them brilliantly
Managing property listings from start to finish - viewings, offers, referencing, and getting tenancies across the line
Keeping communication flowing between all parties so nothing falls through the cracks and everyone feels informed
Handling tenancy documentation accurately and with care, so landlords and tenants can move forward with confidence
Identifying opportunities to grow our landlord portfolio by delivering service people genuinely want to talk about
Staying on top of lettings legislation and compliance so your advice is always grounded and trustworthy
What you'll bring
You don't need to tick every box. If this role excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience in lettings, property management, or a client-facing role where building trust was central to your work
Strong communication skills - you're clear, warm, and you follow through
A natural ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing the human touch
Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset - you see a challenge and you find a way
Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with the discipline to own your day
