What you'll be doing

• Managing the end-to-end lettings process - from listing and viewings right through to tenancy agreements and move-in

• Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, and existing clients to keep things running smoothly

• Conducting property viewings and providing honest, helpful guidance to help people find the right fit

• Handling tenancy admin including referencing, compliance checks, and coordinating with solicitors or other parties as needed

• Keeping up with lettings legislation and market trends so you can advise clients with genuine confidence

• Supporting your wider team with day-to-day operations and pitching in where the work needs you

What you'll bring

• Some experience in lettings, property, or a customer-facing role where building trust was central to the job

• Strong communication skills - you're clear, warm, and people genuinely enjoy dealing with you

• Good organisational instincts and the ability to juggle multiple enquiries or tenancies without dropping the ball

• A proactive approach - you spot what needs doing and you do it

• Familiarity with Scottish lettings legislation is a bonus, though a willingness to learn matters just as much
