Frontend Engineer: Build the OS for Hourly Work

As a Frontend Engineer, you'll write the code that makes this real. You're not building interfaces in a vacuum. You're building the foundation that helps hourly workers and their managers do genuinely better work together.

What You'll Own

You'll build and ship user-facing features across our web platform that hourly workers and managers rely on daily. You'll own features from concept through impact, taking responsibility for quality, performance, and the real-world outcomes your code creates.

Ideally, you have:

• Strong experience building user-facing features with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)

• Passion for understanding user needs and translating them into elegant solutions

The Specifics

This is a full-time, remote-friendly role reporting to our Engineering Lead. You'll work with our small, experienced engineering team and directly with product and design to ship features our users need.
