What You'll Own

• Design and maintain dashboards and analyses that reveal product performance patterns

• Conduct investigations into user behavior, system performance, and technical metrics that drive decision-making

• Identify and solve problems using data, from statistical analysis to exploratory discovery

• Translate complex datasets into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and product teams to define what we should measure

• Contribute to our data infrastructure as it scales

• Challenge assumptions and push back when you spot assumptions masquerading as facts

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent role with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools

• Strong statistical knowledge and comfort with hypothesis testing and experimentation

• Intellectual curiosity and genuine enthusiasm for uncovering truth over confirming existing beliefs

• Clear communication skills that turn complexity into clarity

• Experience working with technical teams in fast-moving environments

• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to scope problems independently

• Nice to have: familiarity with machine learning workflows, causal inference, or AI/ML product analytics
