What You'll Own

• Partner with customers from day one to understand their workforce challenges, then craft solutions that stick

• Become the go-to expert on Deputy's platform, helping managers and hourly workers do their best work

• Proactively identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of Deputy and grow with us

• Build strong relationships that turn into long-term partnerships built on real trust and results

• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to solve complex problems and drive customer success

• Document best practices and create resources that help other customers succeed faster

Who You Are

• You have technical aptitude and can troubleshoot platforms, workflows, and integrations

• You're comfortable learning our product quickly and explaining it in ways customers actually understand

• You're proactive, not reactive. You spot problems before they become crises

• You communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical managers

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you own outcomes

• Experience with workforce management, scheduling, or HR platforms

• Background in customer success, technical support, or account management
