Implementation Manager, AI Automation

Deputy powers the daily operations of hundreds of thousands of hourly workers. Our AI-driven platform handles scheduling, forecasting, compliance, and more. Now we need someone to ensure our most powerful automation tools deliver real value for the businesses that depend on them.

The Role

You'll be the go-to person for implementing AI automation workflows with our customers. Working directly under Brad Jenkins, you'll own the complete journey: from initial scoping conversations through successful deployment and handover. This is hands-on work that combines technical configuration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Guiding customers through the full implementation lifecycle for AI automation features, ensuring each project lands successfully

• Configuring and deploying AI-powered workflows including intelligent scheduling, demand forecasting, and compliance automation

• Translating complex customer needs into straightforward technical solutions that actually stick

• Collaborating with internal teams (product, support, engineering) to remove blockers and drive adoption

• Building strong relationships with key customers and becoming their trusted resource

Who You Are

You're someone who gets energized by turning complicated problems into simple answers. You're comfortable diving into technical configurations without needing hand-holding, but you know when to escalate. You can communicate clearly with business stakeholders and technical teams alike. You care about outcomes: a successful implementation, for you, means a customer who's genuinely happy and using the platform confidently.

You've likely worked in implementation, customer success, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing role. You understand workflows, process automation, or scheduling technology. You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning projects from kickoff to completion.
