We're looking for someone who believes in this mission and can convince others to believe it too.
The Role
You'll own the complete sales cycle. Discovery. Demo. Close. Everything in between. You'll build and manage a pipeline of mid-market prospects, moving them from first conversation to signed deal with confidence and care.
This isn't about pitching features. You'll run tailored product demos that directly address each prospect's specific pain points. One business might be drowning in scheduling chaos. Another can't get compliance right. A third is hemorrhaging money on overstaffing. You'll show them exactly how Deputy solves their problem.
You'll hit (and exceed) monthly targets while building genuine relationships with decision-makers who'll become advocates for Deputy.
What You'll Bring
You're a natural at consultative selling. You ask sharp questions, listen carefully, and connect what you learn directly to the product. You're energetic without being pushy. Organized without being rigid. You can handle rejection, celebrate wins, and stay motivated through the full cycle.
Experience selling to mid-market businesses is ideal. You might have sold software, services, or solutions to retail, hospitality, healthcare operators, or similar industries. You understand their world: multiple locations, complex scheduling, compliance headaches, thin margins.
