Mac Pure Skincare is expanding into Australia, and we're looking for a driven Sales Director to own this market entirely. You'll lead the charge to get our clinically proven skincare into the hands of people who desperately need it: those managing cancer treatment side effects, severe sensitivity, compromised skin barriers, and conditions that conventional products simply can't address.
This isn't about convincing people they have a problem. This is about reaching those who already know they do.
What You'll Do
- Own full revenue responsibility for Australia, managing pipeline health and hitting ambitious targets
- Build and cultivate relationships with pharmacy groups, medical clinics, oncology centres, and aged care networks
- Identify strategic channel partnerships in spaces where skin health is a genuine clinical concern
- Develop account plans that turn key customers into advocates for the brand
- Report directly to leadership with transparent insights on market progress and opportunities
Who You Are
You understand that selling a product that actually works changes everything about the sales conversation. You're strategic enough to identify where our products belong, but scrappy enough to build those relationships from scratch. You have proven success in B2B sales within healthcare, wellness, or professional channels, ideally with experience navigating regulated or clinical environments.
You're energized by complex sales cycles and relationship-building, not transactional selling. You see the Australian market as a genuine opportunity to establish Mac Pure as the trusted solution for real skin challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated sales leadership in healthcare, pharmacy, or professional skincare channels
- Track record hitting revenue targets in expansion markets
- Strong relationship-building skills with institutional buyers
- Understanding of Australian pharmacy, medical, and aged care landscapes (a major plus)
- Strategic thinking paired with execution excellence
