Mac Pure isn't another skincare brand. We've developed a specific science-backed solution for people whose skin can't produce enough protective lipids, and we need a talented marketer to get it into the hands of those who need it.

You'll own the complete go-to-market strategy for a company where the science is rigorous, the clinical need is urgent, and every marketing decision matters.

What you'll do

• Drive marketing strategy across digital, clinical, and retail channels, owning everything from planning through execution

• Create compelling content that translates complex biology into language that resonates with clinicians, carers, and patients alike

• Manage paid and organic digital campaigns with clear accountability for acquisition and awareness metrics

• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and retail partners

• Develop campaigns that build genuine trust in a healthcare space where credibility is everything

What we're looking for

You understand that healthcare marketing is different. You're comfortable explaining science without oversimplifying, and you know how to speak authentically to both clinical professionals and consumers. You've got hands-on experience managing digital channels and can tie campaigns to measurable outcomes.

You're strategic but scrappy, equally comfortable developing quarterly plans and executing day-to-day campaigns. You care about data, you're resourceful, and you thrive in small, mission-driven teams.

The role

Full-time remote, AUD 95,000 - 120,000 depending on experience. You'll join our GTM team and report directly to leadership, with direct input into company strategy.
