We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own our entire marketing function and reach more of these people with clarity and conviction.

What you'll do:

You'll build and execute our marketing strategy across every channel that matters: digital, email, social, retail. Your job is making sure every piece of communication pulls in the same direction, speaks in one authentic voice, and moves real people to try us.

You'll write and oversee content that explains what depleted skin actually needs. No aspirational beauty imagery. No vague wellness claims. Just real science and real outcomes, translated into language that resonates with an audience tired of being sold lies.

You'll manage performance across paid and organic channels, using data to inform strategy, optimize spend, and prove what's working. You'll know your numbers cold and adjust accordingly.

Who we're looking for:

You're a marketer who believes in the product you're selling. You can write clearly and persuasively without leaning on industry clichés. You understand skincare science enough to translate it into compelling narratives, and you're genuinely interested in the people who need products like ours.

You're comfortable owning a function end to end. You work across channels fluently. You're analytical but not paralyzed by data. You move fast but think carefully.
