Sales Leader: Transform Clinical Skincare Distribution

Mac Pure is hiring a Sales Leader to scale our specialist macadamia oil products into the hands of healthcare professionals who need them most.

We've cracked a genuine clinical problem: conventional moisturisers fail for patients with compromised skin barriers. Our macadamia oil products are backed by solid science and trusted by dermatologists, pharmacists, and allied health practitioners. Now we need someone to build the commercial engine that makes us a household name in clinical skincare.

The Role

You'll own our entire sales strategy from day one. Working remotely, you'll identify and activate the right channels (pharmacy, allied health, clinical distribution) and build the relationships that turn our scientific advantage into sustainable revenue.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing end-to-end sales strategy across key distribution channels

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with buyers, distributors, and healthcare decision-makers

• Building a healthy pipeline of new accounts while growing existing partnerships

• Converting our strong clinical story into compelling commercial wins

Who You Are

You're a sales leader who thrives in building relationships and closing deals. You understand healthcare purchasing dynamics, you're comfortable working autonomously, and you can translate clinical differentiation into language that resonates with pharmacists, practitioners, and distributors alike. You're energised by early-stage scaling, comfortable with uncertainty, and genuinely motivated by getting products to people who need them.

Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or specialist skincare sales is valuable. Experience building distribution networks is essential.
