Mac Pure has cracked the code on palmitoleic acid biology and built a focused product range specifically for three clinical audiences that mainstream skincare has overlooked: radiation care patients, people managing diabetes, and those addressing aging skin. But great science deserves great communication.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between what our clinical research shows and what the right people actually hear. This is your chance to lead go-to-market strategy and execution across all our key accounts, building the channels, content, and partnerships that turn complex biology into meaningful clinical outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own marketing strategy for our three clinical segments, ensuring every campaign is grounded in the science, not aesthetic fluff

• Create compelling content that explains palmitoleic acid biology to clinicians, patients, and medical partners in language that lands

• Develop and execute integrated GTM campaigns across digital, partnerships, and direct channels

• Build relationships with clinical audiences, healthcare professionals, and strategic partners

• Measure impact rigorously: track what works, iterate fast, and prove ROI

• Grow brand awareness among the specific practitioners and patients who need us

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years in healthcare, clinical, or B2B marketing (or equivalent hustle)

• You're genuinely interested in the science behind skin health and clinical outcomes

• You can translate complex biology into clear, persuasive messaging for multiple audiences

• You're strategic and hands-on: equally comfortable building a campaign calendar and writing a LinkedIn post

• You're comfortable working autonomously from wherever you're based

• You're energized by working for a focused brand that's solving real problems for real people
