Marketing Manager, Clinical GTM

Mac Pure isn't another beauty brand. We're a clinical skincare company with rigorous science backing every product. Our formulations target real biological problems: radiation-induced skin damage, diabetic skin complications, severely compromised skin barriers. We need a Marketing Manager who understands that precision in science demands precision in marketing.

The Role

Working remotely, you'll own our entire go-to-market strategy for clinical audiences. This means selecting the right channels, developing campaigns, and creating content that translates complex biology into clear, credible communication. You're not here to make claims that grab attention. You're here to earn trust from healthcare professionals and patients who've exhausted standard solutions.

You'll report to Accounts and work as part of the GTM team, taking full ownership of strategy through execution. This is hands-on leadership where your decisions directly impact how radiation oncologists, endocrinologists, and dermatologists discover Mac Pure.

What You'll Own

• Marketing strategy across all clinical target audiences, from channel planning to campaign delivery

• Content that explains the mechanism accurately: palmitoleic acid, lipid depletion, barrier function repair. You'll make the science accessible without oversimplifying

• Audience segmentation and positioning that speaks directly to clinicians and their patients

• Campaign performance metrics that prove ROI and clinical relevance

• Collaboration with the clinical team to ensure every message aligns with our evidence base

Who You Are

You have proven experience marketing to healthcare professionals or clinical audiences. You're comfortable translating complex biology into compelling narratives. You understand that clinical marketing requires credibility over creativity, though great marketing needs both.

You're organised, strategic, and comfortable owning outcomes. Remote work appeals to you because you deliver results without needing supervision.

What We Offer
